Switch, the healthcare staffing platform connecting clinicians with facilities across the Southeast, South Central, and Mountain West, has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2026 list of Fastest-Growing U.S. Staffing Firms. Switch ranked #2 in the per diem nursing category and #35 overall among staffing firms nationwide.
SIA’s annual list ranks U.S. staffing companies by compound annual growth rate, making it one of the industry’s most closely watched benchmarks for expansion.

Built on continuity, not rotation
Switch was founded by staffing veterans who each brought more than 20 years of industry experience; its leadership team today carries over 70 years of staffing experience combined. When the pandemic exposed the fragility of nurse staffing nationwide, the company built a marketplace platform to address it — and made a deliberate choice to diverge from the apps entering the space alongside it. Rather than using technology to replace the relationships between facilities, clinicians, and the team supporting them, Switch built its platform to strengthen those relationships.
